Introducing the redesigned Ethic platform

2 Min Read

A modernized experience for advisors, rebuilt from the foundation up

We’re excited to share that the redesigned Ethic platform is now live!

This launch represents a ground-up rebuild of the platform’s front end, supported by a modern technology stack, a unified design system, and redesigned workflows across key areas of the advisor experience.

The platform will still feel familiar to advisors, but the experience is now cleaner, more consistent, and easier to navigate.

What’s new

With this release, advisors will see improvements across the platform, including:

  • More guided prospect creation: The New Prospect flow now includes clearer next steps, a simplified user interface, and more automation to make your workflows more efficient.
  • A redesigned Trade Instructions experience: The Trade Instructions landing page is cleaner and easier to use, with direct access to Halt Trading and a new Pending Instructions view for tracking in-progress trades.
  • More ways to access Client Reports: Advisors can now search monthly reports by date or by household, making it easier to download reports.
  • A clearer Household experience: Household pages have been drastically simplified with a cleaner structure, reduced clutter, and a clearer hierarchy from household to account level.

Why it matters

By moving to a modern front-end architecture and reusable component system, our teams can build and ship improvements faster, with more consistency across the experience. Instead of treating each page or workflow as a one-off build, Ethic now has a shared foundation that supports cleaner design and faster development.

For advisors, that means a better day-to-day experience using the platform. For Ethic, it means more flexibility to keep improving the platform as advisor workflows evolve.

A stronger foundation for what comes next

Advisor feedback helped shape many of the updates in this release, from clearer prospect creation to simplified Household pages and more searchable Client Reporting. We looked closely at the workflows where small points of friction can add up, then redesigned those experiences to make next steps clearer and key information easier to access.

With this new foundation in place, Ethic is better positioned to continue delivering thoughtful improvements across the advisor experience. The platform can evolve faster, support more sophisticated capabilities, and scale more effectively as our clients’ needs grow.

We’re grateful for the advisor feedback that helped shape this release, and we’re excited for you to explore the redesigned platform.
