​​On March 21, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) voted to advance a proposal on mandatory climate risk disclosures for publicly traded companies. This rule, if enacted, would require registrants to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and exposure to climate-related risks.
